PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

When you commission me, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions with no exceptions.

No Refunds
No BackOff (You'll be blacklisted)
Transference available for México only.
All payments are half upfront, and half after approved sketch. PayPal Only.
Payment Plans are available for regular customers or if your order exceeds $250.00 USD (I reserve my right to decline or negate the plans if you have bewares or act suspicious)
All prices listed are in USD.
I have the right to decline or cancel an order at anytime (if i do so, i'll refund you if applicable)
I keep all the rights over my work, but commercial use can be negotiated.
Commercial Use Rights are +100% the price of the final work and full payment must be done upfront.
All artworks made by me, might (or not) be published in my social media, keeping private may cause a fee.
Giving credits is a must, you'll find my social media here.
Don't remove watermarks.
Don't ask for unwatermarked artwork.
Don't claim my artwork/designs as yours.
Please confirm your order within 24 hrs max. Or I'll get you out of the queue.
Don't send any payments before I approve and accept your order, otherwise it will be taken as a no refundable donation. No Exceptions
Aproximated Turn Around Time is settled before any payments.
Once your order is accepted please be ready to send half payment right away with a max of 24hrs. Otherwise I won't start your order.
I´ll let you know where is your place in the queue, as well as your turn with anticipation.
Be ready to pay the other half after approved sketch, otherwise i won´t finish your order with no right to refund.
WIPs are freely provided, please avoid asking every 30 minutes for updates i'll reach you out everytime I do advance.
Advances, questions, changes and anything related to your order will be attended from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 PM Central Standard Time (North America), UTC-6 México City.*
Unlimited minor corrections in sketch phase available.
1 mayor correction available in sketch phase (ex. pose, bg, clothes if applies) every other mayor changes will be charged according to the current prices in tab.
Please try to be as much specific as possible when ordering, or specify if you want me to take artistic liberty beforehand.
Please have clear references of the characters, work based entirely in descriptions has a fee.
